Welcome to SciWare 

Knowledge is Power

SciWare is a community organization created by four high school girls and one biology teacher in the summer of 2017. 

The purpose of SciWare is to promote education about academics and world issues among students by making learning fun.  We do this by making graphic novels to explain these topics using personifications, but we hope to extend into film, animation, and other forms of teaching as well!

SciWare's first graphic novel is about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).  It explains the disorder on the biochemical level, as well as the daily life of someone with DMD and research being done on DMD.

Our graphic novels are uploaded onto the blog or available on Amazon for purchase. You may also find important updates, upcoming events, and ways in which you can support us on the blog. In addition to our blog, you can take a look at our Facebook page at facebook.com/sciwarebooks.
